Assistant Accountant - Noatum Logistics

Job Description

To Receive the Invoices and Cross Verifying with System Cost Provisions.
To Book the cost for both Job and Non-Job Invoices in the system
To Reconcile the Supplier Statements every month
To Book and make sure to reconcile the customs statements on Weekly basis.
To Ensure the proper archiving of the hard copy records by managing the proper filing system.
To ensure the posted receipts are allocated against the invoices.
Assist Billing Team in Uploading the invoices to customer portal.
Handling Petty cash and close with Reconciliation every day.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or any relevant
