We are expanding our team and seeking an Architect with strong proficiency in Revit to assist in designing and planning high-quality homes. Key Responsibilities
* Design and plan residential homes, including floor plans, construction drawings, and façade designs.
* Use Revit as the primary design tool.
* Create landscape, driveway, and retaining wall designs to meet project requirements.
* Work independently while adhering to design guidelines and collaborate effectively within the team.
* Communicate with engineers, planners, certifiers, and customers to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
* Prepare reports and design proposals based on templates and company guidelines.
* Develop marketing floor plans and façade designs for promotional purposes.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving in all tasks.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in building design.
* Extensive hands-on experience with Revit
* Strong understanding of building design guidelines and principles.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to write reports and extract insights based on plans and designs.
* Eager to learn and grow with the company.
