Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
o Monitor and analyze HR metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interviewing, and
onboarding.
o Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations:
o Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication
strategies.
o Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Performance Management:
o Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
o Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
o Promote continuous learning and development opportunities within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits:
o Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local
regulations.
o Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Compliance and Policy Development:
o Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor laws and regulations.
o Develop, implement, and update HR policies as needed.
HR Administration:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
o Oversee HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
