Responsibilities-
Supporting the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and
strategies to meet business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to keep on the pulse of trends, consumer
preferences and competition.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute
marketing campaigns across various channels.
Assist the team in campaign conceptualization and implementation on ground.
Assist with creative plans for marketing shoot and execution.
Maintain strong social media presence by supporting platform strategy, activities,
and content calendar generation.
Oversee the creation and implementation of creative design concepts for marketing
materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Create marketing collaterals like catalogues, stories, posts, in-store communication
designs.
Oversee the production of promotional material such as flyers, brochures, and
adverts.
Create weekly reports to ensure smooth and timely functioning of tasks and
showcase growth results.
Co-ordinate with PR agency for all aspects of public relations, including media
relations, press releases, and event coordination, to increase brand visibility and
maintain positive relationships with media outlets.
Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social
media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand
awareness and drive online traffic.
Assist with maintaining a healthy website and e-commerce presence with regular
checks and updates on the website.
Assist the team in maintaining aggregator relationships and executing potential
marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide
insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve marketing goals.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies,
suppliers, and industry influencers, to leverage partnerships and enhance marketing
efforts.
Manage budgets and assist to allocate resources effectively to maximize return on
investment.
