Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and fit the organizational culture.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market changes, and regulatory requirements affecting healthcare recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and certifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
