Duties & requirements
The intern will be supporting with the daily administrative tasks of the HR department. S/he will be involved in recruitment and selection, training and development of prospective and current employees as well as various HR projects related to reward and recognition, enhancement of employee morale and motivation. S/he will also have the opportunity to attend and participate in HR meetings and daily hotel briefings, as well as support with the organization of HR Events.
- Prospective applicants need to be available for a minimum of five to six month period
- Students need to have a good background in HR/ administration/ business and preferably following a course in a related field
- We are looking for interns with a positive attitude, who are willing to learn and progress further
