POSITION SUMMARY
The duties of the successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for channeling all guest requests by acting as a “single point of contact” for the guests.
- Answers and directs all incoming phone calls efficiently and correctly.
- Records and allocates messages for guests when unavailable.
- Communicates with guests over the phone to record all food-orders and utilize effective up-selling techniques
In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:
•Fluency in English
•Sound communication skills
•Having a friendly and welcoming attitude
•Computer Literacy
•Previous work experience in a similar role
•A Diploma in Hospitality/Accommodation Operations or equivalent will be considered an asset
