We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Manager.
Mission
Reporting to the Framework Manager (Deputy GM), you will oversee the customer service department to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your role involves developing and implementing customer service strategies, managing customer interactions, and addressing issues to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution and service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with the Framework Manager and other departments to ensure alignment of operational activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial control.
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership and support to operational teams, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, including key metrics and outcomes, to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations in operational processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BEng), Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 20 years of overall experience.
At least 10 years in a customer service management role, with experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and managing teams, , in water field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities; proficiency in customer service management tools and MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
