Large company from engineering and transportation sector is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Officer. The successful candidate will be a multitasking person with focus on recruiting.
Responsibilities
- In-charge of the Recruitment process from A to Z (from Ads posting, cv filtering, phone screening, Interview scheduling for top management).
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Manage company LinkedIn recruiter and Indeed - while reducing the posting costs.
- Implement HRIS
Qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience as Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree is required, MBA is a plus.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Experience in oil & Gas or engineering or transportation or manufacturing sector is required
