Business Growth/New Customer Acquisition
- Implementation of Sales strategy
- Customer Acquisition Measures through KAMS
Operational Efficiency in servicing customer
- Gold Accounts - Adherence to Norms
- Network recommendation (NOC) within TAT
- Proactive Network creation
- Acquisition of CSS/DSS before release of permanent supply
- Power Release within TAT
Relationship Management
- Customer Loyalty and retention of C&I customers
- Develop a personalized account management approach, aimed at retention of key account and resolving of customer issues within FTR
Customer Centricity & Digitalization
- Drive customer affection through digitalization and service differentiators to enrich and fulfill customer expectation and customer interactions
Leadership and Team Development
- Increase team sales performance by setting up mentorship between senior and junior sales executive and conducting quarterly performance reviews to assess progress towards sales goals
- Capability Building, People / Team Development, Leadership Development & Create Succession Pipeline
Competitor Analysis
- Conduct quarterly competitive landscape reviews and train sales team on competitive positioning strategies
Branding and Promotion:
- Coordinate branding efforts with Branding & Promotions lead and division marketing teams to increase brand equity perception
Budget Management & Industry Engagements:
- Participate in sponsorship events, organize customer meets for Key stakeholders
Overdue Reduction - Key accounts
- Ensure Strict Working Capital management
- Timely recovery of dues of Key Premium accounts
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / any other (Fulltime)
• MBA in any discipline (Fulltime)
Experience
• 17+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing
