We are looking for an experienced human resource professional who comes with expertise in Rewards Strategy and knowledge of Data Analytics and Statistics orientation.
Key Responsibilities :
Analytics and Organization Productivity:
- Annual Operating Plan - Work with HRBPs to create and consolidate the AOP for various businesses and the organization.
- Assist in evaluation of org. structures & manpower productivity and drive efficiencies through in-depth understanding of business models, value chain.
- Partner with HRBPs for Job Evaluations
- Provide guidance and support to HR leadership and management on Manpower performance, productivity, compensation and benefits-related issues.
- Work on special projects along with CHRO.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with company goals
- Conduct salary benchmarks analysis/surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Work collaboratively to design employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to provide insights to all stakeholders
- Design/manage incentive plans (sales incentive/ LTI etc.)
- Manage the annual appraisal cycle
Experience : Atleast 4years
