Location -Mumbai
What we need ?
PG+ 6 years of experience in end to end recruitment for leadership hiring roles (Non technical) . Preferred experience in consulting hiring or from executive search firms .
Solid stakeholder management experience .
Abreast with ndustry trends, and talent market dynamics.
Should have experience in building sourcing strategies that are non conventional .
Excellent communication & strong articulation skills , high confidence level .
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders and executives to understand their talent needs.
- Proactively build and maintain a network of top-tier executive talent through industry events, networking, and other channels.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and talent market dynamics.
- Regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders, including key metrics and insights.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse slate of candidates for leadership positions.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure alignment between leadership hiring and overall HR strategies.
- Ensure 100% adherence to the statutory compliances.
