Role: Revenue Analyst
Level: RL2/RL3
Location: Gurugram
About the Role:
The incumbent will be a part of the Online Revenue team for specific business. As an Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining data in an easily trackable format, data analysis, driving strategic projections and deriving/leveraging meaningful insights for business.
What will you be doing:
- Track key business metrics daily yourself and enable the team to do so by preparing automated reports and dashboards.
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.
- Create rich interactive data visualizations through data interpretation& integrating various data sources.
- Proactively analyze data using statistical methods to derive emerging customer or business trends/patterns, thus identifying areas for improvement inefficiency and productivity.
- Own up integrity of operational reports and take needful actions to fix emerging issues in representation or data.
- Acting upon the areas of improvement or key insights derived, design and implement experiments – tweaking business levers – and tracking impact.
- Drive strategic projects, as and when required.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's in engineering/ mathematics/ Statistics or related discipline from a reputed institute with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Success Factors for the Role:
- Knowledge of Advanced SQL queries and Advanced Excel is must.
- Exposure to Google Analytics /Adobe Omniture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with BI technologies.
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively drive complex projects within as well as outside the team.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (SPSS, SAS, R, Python, etc.) is preferred.
