Role Overview
The E-Commerce Manager Takeaway Services will be responsible for boosting sales of ITC Hotels; takeaway and delivery services through e-commerce platforms. This includes managing yield, developing channels, improving platform performance, and driving more orders through the ITC Hotels app. The position also ensures optimal serviceability and listing quality.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive revenue growth for the e-commerce takeaway vertical and monitor performance on third-party platforms.
- Track sales milestones, productivity metrics, and oversee the Takeaway Epicurean calendar and food promotions.
- Plan events to enhance product introductions and expand distribution by adding more aggregators.
- Collaborate with ITC divisions for cross-selling and conduct regular employee training.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to enhance product awareness and report progress to management.to online sales.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role in F&B Marketing or Account Management; PGD/MBA in Marketing is preferred from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical skills to leverage market data for informed decision-making.
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles with coaching capabilities.
- Proven leadership abilities and team-building skills, able to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent multitasking skills in deadline-driven environments.
- Effective communication skills to set long-range objectives and outline actionable steps.
