Requirements
- Prior experience in the same domain liaison with customers and vendors, selling wedding services, etc.
- A minimum of 1 year in the above domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong selling skills would be a huge plus.
- Needs to be customer centric with a high degree of customer empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via multiple channels, assist and lead to conversion.
- Pro-actively reaching out to identified high intent customers who would need assistance in wedding planning services.
- Understanding customer requirements, identify the most appropriate vendors suggestions and finalise vendors working alongside customers through multiple iterations.
- Be able to reach and go beyond the set target in GMV and other metrics.
- Cross sell different products and service
