Operation Manager -Handling for Service deliver 5+yrs , Good to have incident Management, SR Management and chain Management, SMO.
Good communication skills, Customer handling and Delivery Experience .
JD
- Person should have complete understanding for Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management
- Tracking and Monitoring of Tickets logged in ITSM tool and facilitate with timely resolution
- Identify all Potential Escalation, discuss and communicate to all concerned for timely action
- Ensure adherence to ITSM policies and ITIL practices
- Coordinating and supporting for end point related compliance issues
- Coordinate for concerned stakeholders and CAB meetings
- SLA performance monitoring
- Team Handling, Mentoring, Training
- Identified Improvement areas and Process Trainings
- Update Daily status reports, Shift handovers
- Prepare and Review SOPs
