What we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Masters degree (MS/MBA) will be preferred.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience handling large technical programs
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Program Management: Lead and manage large cross functional engineering programs from initiation to completion. Staying close to ground, anticipating risks and mitigating them proactively..
2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Business, Product, Engineering, QA, Tax, Finance, Operations to deliver the program.
3. Technical Deep Dive: Architect the technical solution for the program by working with Principal Engineers and EM’s. Help team in making tough tech choices such as build vs buy vs extend.
4. Dealing with Ambiguity: Disambiguate a complex program for the tech teams by breaking them into smaller meaningful milestones.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work with senior leadership: CTPO, SVP’s & VP’s.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor technical program teams. Help in continuous improvements.
