Hiring an ER leader for a leading financial institution with a strong global presence, committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. You will serve as a key legal advisor and strategic partner, supporting our global operations. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive HR and grievance policies, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and legal standards. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will play a key role in fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Act as a legal counsel and trusted advisor on employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address employee needs and concerns.
- Define and design end-to-end HR policies and grievance procedures.
- Provide guidance on legal compliance and risk management related to employee relations.
- Support global stakeholders and ensure alignment with best practices across regions.
- Develop training programs to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including investigations and dispute resolution.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- 13+ years of experience in employee relations or labor law, preferably within a GCC/global banking environment.
- Proven experience in supporting global stakeholders, particularly in IT or related setups.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
