Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Geeta Group of Companies in Mumbai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, communication, executive assistance, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a bonus
