Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new
Graphic Designer in our Brand Marketing and Creative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Art Director, copywriter, producer, and content creator to help roll out our new brand identity and ensure creative consistency across all channels.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on the artworking side of design and is passionate about maintaining a strong, cohesive brand look. You’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of creative campaigns, with a particular focus on graphic identities, motion graphics, and typography.
This role is available full time (40 hours) and based at our HQ in Amsterdam.
You will..
- Support the Art Director in the development and execution of creative assets
- Roll out the new brand identity across multiple channels, ensuring everything is creatively consistent
- Design for various touchpoints, including digital, social media, email, and retail environments
- Artworking for campaigns, ensuring high-quality output
- Create motion graphics and visually engaging content for our brand
- Maintain a strong focus on typography and layout, keeping our visual language sharp and on-brand
You are..
- Skilled at creating visually cohesive designs across multiple channels
- A detail-oriented designer with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and artworking
- Comfortable working on motion graphics and adapting designs for digital, social, and physical formats
- Passionate about campaign identities and how they translate across different platforms
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting the creative process
- Eager to help maintain and evolve Ace & Tate’s visual language and brand consistency
You've..
- +3 years of experience in a graphic design role, either in-house or at an agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience with motion graphics and familiarity with After Effects
- Understanding of how to apply and adapt a brand identity across various formats
- Strong artworking skills, with a focus on producing high-quality, polished designs
