Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Accountant role in Dubai at Sky View Real Estate Brokers. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining journal entries, overseeing financial transactions, reconciling financial accounts, and managing budgets and forecasts. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and making recommendations for process improvements.
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the United Arab Emirates is required.
- Experience in the field of real estate or property development
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is required.
- Thorough understanding of real estate financial modeling and analysis is essential.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax law, as well as AML Law, is necessary.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Erp 9 and QuickBooks, as well as advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel, is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus
- Certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA or CMA is mandatory.
