The
Finance Controller at ALLIAD will be a key member of the senior management team responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This role includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing the financial planning and budget management functions
- Monitoring and analyzing monthly financial performance and providing insights on variances
- Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Reviewing and optimizing accounting policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and other financial legislation
- Collaborating with department heads to provide financial insights that contribute to the organization's strategic objectives
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making
- Leadership and management of the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is required
- At least 12 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Proficient in financial analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in both HORECA are prepared
