Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales team. This role involves selling Drilling & Workover Spares & Consumables, Hot Tapping Fittings, Drill Lines & Wire Rope Slings, Drill Bits, Diamond Core Bits & TCI Bits, and Lifting Operation Trainings.
Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The Sales Manager will conduct regular client meetings and presentations, collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, and provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of oil and gas products and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
