Any Other (Certification / Diploma etc.): Diploma in computer Application / Computer Skills Certificate
Work Experience (Years)
If Graduate - Experience Required is from 10 to 15 years
If Post Graduate - Experience Required is 7 to 10 years
Transport Management
- Supervise daily bus operations
- Co-ordinating with transport vendors to identify & resolve vehicle maintenance issues.
- MIS/ Documents/ reports Handling: Prepare daily & monthly MIS for transport.
- Operations MIS
- R&M MIS
- Complaints MIS
- Bus Fleet Documentation
- Driver Engagement: Meetings & Training
- Managing Vehicle Documentation of the fleet
- Managing transport team shifts & Roasters
- Bill/ Invoice processing.
- Bus Pass Management
- Ensure expenses are aligned with contract/ PO's/ Agreement without any deviation.
- Ensuring adherence of statutory compliance
Taxi Management
- Spot Rental taxi booking & Management
- Monthly MIS of Spot Rental Taxi Management
- Ensure expenses are aligned with contract/ PO's/ Agreement without any deviation.
- Ensuring adherence of statutory compliance
