Job Context
ABFRL is India’s leading fashion retail brand with marquee brands like Pantaloons, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England, Forever21, Tasva, Jaypore & many more. These brands have been ramping their e-commerce revenues with a large focus on their specific Brand.com sites and apps. This particular role with work with some of the ethnic brands in the ABFRL portfolio to drive up ecommerce growth and revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and online growth strategies to achieve brand growth objectives
- Oversee all performance marketing channels including SEM, paid social, display advertising, Meta, online affiliate marketing, retention marketing and content marketing
- Collaborate with the content, merchandize, ecommerce and product teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Drive and execute retention marketing campaigns leveraging marketing tech & loyalty platforms
- Develop and implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve user experience and drive engagement
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and online growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or online growth roles, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving targets
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
- Experience in Lifestyle and Fashion industry
