(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing
- Disburse, supervise and audit petty cash expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare settlements for drivers and fleets, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Act as a coordinator between the finance and operations departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on financial matters.
- Monitor and review inventory levels and audit repair and maintenance expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Support the payroll officer in calculating drivers' fleet payroll, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.
- Track drivers' loan schedules and other deductions, ensuring all financial obligations are met and accurately recorded.
- Review and validate fleet-related invoices and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.
- Review and validate supplier invoices and statements, ensuring all charges are accurate and properly documented.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Proven experience as an Accountant in the Operation field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Odoo ERP, Odoo procurement, and Odoo Inventory Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
