Role : General Manager - Partnership
Location - Delhi / Mumbai
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships that enhance RARE's brand and deliver value to its members. He/she will also be responsible for managing our relationship with our concierge partner. This role requires strong networking skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of RARE’s brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure partnerships for brands and companies that provide access, luxury products and special services
- Develop and manage partnership proposals, agreements, and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Set up KPIs for evaluating the success of partnerships, and monitor them
- Manage our relationship with concierge partner
- Identify and track KPIs to monitor overall performance of the concierge
- Track key request areas from users, and identify insights and implications on products and services that we are offering
- Manage operational aspects of the relationship with the vendor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in partnership development, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle brand.
- Proven track record of successful partnership management and business development
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
