Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Discussions and follow ups with all the internal and external stakeholders for deliverables
- Data crunching, analysis and interpretation to come up with inferences.
- To work closely with the Business Head/ CEO Office, CFO Office, Project Development Teams for ongoing/new projects from implementation perspective.
- Data research and analysis to analyze the impact of projects on business outcomes, compile – systems information, and provide feedback to the CFO.
- Collating data and creating presentations for the Senior Leadership team.
- Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal analysis.
- All secretarial work (calendaring, travel booking, meetings arrangements, Events Management MOM, Letter drafting, Email communications, Admin related work, follow ups with HODs, reports preparation)
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner email
- Plan, organize and manage staff meetings to be attended by the CEO, Prepare MOM and follow up on the task / action decided in the meetings
- Payment follows ups, assisting in other business related
- Preparing Vouchers and processing bills/expense.
- Schedule appointments and update event calendars & answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Organizing business trips by planning itineraries to include scheduled business appointments as well as recreational activities such as sightseeing tours or dinner reservations at restaurants
- MIS/analysis of projects/business.
- Overall co-ordination with all functions and other Key People at Group Level & Business
Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
MBA + Graduate
Experiences
5+ Years of experience, in Handling EA Role to CEO/CXO's Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
