National and Key Account Manager
About Your Role
As a National & Key Account Manager within our Retail team, you'll be instrumental in building and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth within your accounts and align with the wider Home channel objectives.
In this home-based role, with travel to the CCEP Uxbridge office and customer head offices, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing collaborative business plans, working closely with customers to create joint business plans that align with both CCEP’s and customer goals.
- Commercial contract management, including leading the negotiation, renewal, and implementation of commercial contracts across your portfolio.
- Promotional planning and ROI, including the design and execution of promotional strategies to boost new distribution and Rate of Sale (ROS), while optimising CMA and OPEX budgets to hit financial targets.
- You'll manage the day-to-day Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities and ensure all Financial Account Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
- Product Innovation and Growth Delivery: Support Buy Move Grow initiatives for IC, Mixers, and Energy portfolios, ensuring successful product introductions and sustained growth.

We’re excited to meet an energetic, proactive, and commercially driven National & Key Account Manager ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be vital in building and nurturing long-term customer relationships and unlocking growth opportunities within the Retail Sector.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Knowledge of the retail environment is useful but not essential.
- Previous commercial and customer management experience is required to build strong customer relationships quickly and deliver the Joint Business Plan.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Be forward-thinking and proactive, using your own initiative while collaborating with the team to shape the account.
- Drive for achievement and results-oriented approach with high levels of commercial awareness.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in presenting.
- Excellent relationship-building skills for day-to-day interactions and collaborative work with customers, the wider team, and Cross-Franchise Partners.
- Ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders and focus on sharing best practices that are results-oriented.
