A new opportunity has arisen with the Paediatrics team, The role requires a confident receptionist who will greet the patient on entering the department. and support the running of a busy clinics on a daily basis and continue to adhere to the high standards set by The Frimley NHS Foundation Trust.
The key responsibility will be to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all Trust staff including clinicians, nursing staff and Directorate administration staff to provide an accurate, efficient, professional, and seamless service to patients and visitors.
Main duties of the job
Checking in patients on arrival, confirming demographic details with them and attending them on the Trust patient system.
Helping with general queries from both patients and other Health Professionals.
