The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain, from procurement to delivery. Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.

Shipping and Transportation:
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule and arrange cost-effective shipments.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including customs paperwork.
- Monitor shipments to prevent delays and mitigate potential issues.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and optimize storage.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
Vendor and Carrier Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers.
- Negotiate favorable rates and service level agreements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to local and international shipping regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all logistics activities for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Verify that shipments meet quality, safety, and customs standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (Procurement, Sales, Operations) to align logistics activities with business objectives.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to optimize inventory levels and delivery schedules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms
