The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives in Organizational Development (OD), Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Performance Management Systems (PMS), and Learning & Development (L&D). The role demands a proactive individual who can collaborate with leadership and employees to foster a positive workplace culture and drive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Organizational Development (OD):
- Design and implement OD strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and change management.
- Analyze and improve organizational structures, systems and processes.
- Diversity & Inclusion (D&I):
- Develop and promote D&I programs to ensure an inclusive workplace.
- Drive initiatives that support diverse hiring and equitable workplace practices.
- Performance Management System (PMS):
- Oversee the development and execution of performance management frameworks.
- Conduct training sessions on goal-setting, feedback, and appraisal systems.
- Learning & Development (L&D):
- Identify training needs and create competency-based L&D programs.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to address HR-related needs and provide strategic support.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR, with a focus on OD, D&I, PMS and L&D.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and Decibel is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools is a plus.
