Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in creative agencies to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and elevate their brands..
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage design projects for multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize, create, and execute visually compelling designs for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the creative director, copywriters, and other team members to produce cohesive visual solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide design solutions that meet their brand vision and goals.
• Oversee junior designers and freelancers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the team produces exceptional work.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design technologies, ensuring innovative solutions are proposed to clients.
• Present design concepts and strategies to clients, explaining creative rationale and revisions where necessary.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in quality across all design deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with efficiency under tight deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a creative agency setting.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and proficiency with other design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, particularly in branding, advertising, and digital campaigns.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• High level of creativity, with a passion for design and innovation.
• Strong attention to detail, with an eye for consistency and aesthetics.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
