Role Description
This is a full-time Front Office Receptionist role based in Muscat at Mercure Muscat Hotel. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, front office tasks, customer service, and effective communication with guests and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Guest check in & Check Out
- Managing Reservation
- Guest Inquiries & Complains
- Promotion of Hotel services & Loyalty Programs
- Administrative duties , maintain front organization following standard operating procedures, compliance with health & safety policies
- Communication & coordination , receptions frequently communicate with other departments
Skills
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Front Office skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry
