Key Responsibilities

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Operate office telecommunication system to transfer incoming call to appropriate staff.
Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulation
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Perform other general duties related to the position as directed by the Administration Officer

Qualifications

Qualifications

High School Qualification with minimum 1 year of job related experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent with no prior job related experience
A brilliant multi-tasker.
Good organization and time management skills.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good English language - oral and written skill required.
Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage.
