Role Purpose:
Lead the formulation and development of corporate strategy of the company, and action plans to drive organizational growth, ensuring
alignment with the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives..
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of strategic goals and initiatives aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
2. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
3. Conduct scenario planning to anticipate future risks and opportunities, preparing contingency plans accordingly.
4. Work closely with the PMO, Performance Management, and Organizational Excellence teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective
execution.
5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
6. Support the tracking and evaluation of strategic progress, providing insights and recommendations for necessary adjustments.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance the strategy development process, improving tools, methodologies, and overall efficiency.
8. Mentor and support the strategy team, fostering continuous learning and growth within the department.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a
related field; MBA preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years in strategic planning, business analysis, or a
-related role within a strategic management office (SMO).
-Strategic Planner Professional (SPP) or equivalent certification
preferred.
