Job Overview
The post holder will drive and oversee the strategic initiatives aimed at transforming our clinical services to enhance efficiency, quality and patient outcomes. This is a key leadership role and will involve working at Trust, System and Regional levels to deliver and ensure coherent and co-ordinated models of care at a macro level, which will be reflected in the Target Operating Model for the new Frimley hospital.

Digital innovation will be a key component in terms of design and care delivery.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for working with very senior key clinical, operational, and strategic stakeholders at local and national level to deliver a new model of care upon which the redevelopment programme will be based, and which will inform the design of our new hospital.

- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Desirable criteria
- Post-Graduate Degree/Qualification in a related field.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within healthcare, with a focus on clinical service transformation.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and technological solutions in a healthcare setting.
- High level of relevant professional and technical experience related to clinical service redevelopment and transformation.
- Experience of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including working across systems, Regional and National programme leads.
- Experience of and previous involvement with large scale organisational change/transformational programmes.
- Extensive, senior strategic level experience, including strategic planning in a large complex organisation.
