Job Responsibility
The role is a high impact role that will report to the Chairman. The incumbent should possess the ability to see the big picture and work closely with Espire Group Leadership in alignment with organizations goals. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- With a strong business acumen, will be responsible to understand Espires business and its key metrices.
- Will act as a key point of contact for reviewing the elements/ approach for achieving these metrices and the performance against these, across group companies, in close collaboration with the Group CEO and respective CEOs across the respective group companies, so as to present detailed analysis and dashboards for same to the Chairman on regular basis.
- Collaborate and work closely with Group CEO and respective CXOs to regularly obtain management reports across entire Espire Group and analyse these reports in line with agreed business plan, according to medium- and short-term goals of current business, cascading down to annual budgets and keep the Chairman informed of any challenges or areas that require his attention, in timely manner.
- Support business leaders to perform forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as strategy evaluation and required actions to bridge any gaps.
- Analyse operating results against budget & target, on regular basis, and ensure ongoing governance.
- Identify continuous improvements based on analysis conducted and provide inputs/ value add with an aim to bring in better efficiencies in business. Support successful implementation of these by means of ongoing effectiveness analysis of the improvements implemented.
- Understand Espire systems and tools. Ensure quality, accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of information prepared or stored in finance systems, enabling a single source of truth.
You Must Have
- Must have strong domain knowledge in one at least one of industry verticals namely: IT ( software services) Hospitality( Hotels), Education( Schools and Universities)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Must be able to work effectively with CXO levels
Educational Qualifications: MBA from a reputed Business school.
