Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage Dammam’s home delivery operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment while optimizing resources and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Home Delivery Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of Dammam’s home delivery services.
Supervise picking and packaging processes to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and reduced delivery time.
- Team & Driver Management:
Manage and lead a team of drivers and warehouse staff.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance to meet delivery targets.
Train and support drivers in maintaining high operational and customer service standards.
- Order Fulfillment & Accuracy:
Ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full compliance with customer expectations.
Address and resolve any delays, issues, or discrepancies in deliveries.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for delivery operations.
Implement strategies to improve operational performance and efficiency.
Address bottlenecks and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accuracy and timeliness in deliveries.
Handle customer complaints or escalations related to delivery operations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics or delivery operations (preferably 3+ years).
Strong leadership and team management skills, particularly in managing drivers and delivery teams.
Ability to optimize delivery routes and manage order fulfillment processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills to manage staff and coordinate with stakeholders.
Familiarity with logistics and route optimization tools or software.
