Job Title: Senior Manager - Content
Role Overview : This role will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of all social media and integrated marketing efforts for Nykaa Fashion. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with data-driven insights to craft campaigns that drive brand engagement, channel growth, and sales impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own integrated campaign planning for key tentpole brand & sale campaigns for Nykaa Fashion across categories (Western-wear, Indian Wear, Accessories, Sports, Global & more)
- Build 360 degree marketing campaigns by leveraging channels such as Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Email marketing, PR etc to scale the brand’s digital presence.
- Develop and implement strategies to scale key social media metrics on owned channels. Ensure growth is delivered through both organic and paid initiatives, driving user engagement, reach, and conversions. Optimize performance based on data insights and emerging social media trends.
- Spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel growth marketing campaigns.
- Lead brand marketing efforts to drive brand visibility and user engagement across multiple social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with various stakeholders within the marketing team to leverage their knowledge to build sound strategies across channels.
- Create top of mind awareness and drive marketing innovation for Nykaa Fashion Womenswear across various channels through Hero content and campaign ideas.
- Drive adoption of global brands by building effective marketing campaigns for the same across channels.
- Secure strong brand investments with a content + commercial focus across key sale campaigns & build brand funded properties.
- Driving collaborations to recruit new consumers through various cross brand campaigns.
- Own budget planning and campaign measurement for all campaigns.
- Develop key insights and innovative solutions for content and monitor the effectiveness of them using metrics like traffic, conversations and engagement.
- Create project reports with qualitative insight and quantitative data outputs based on the metrics set.
Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Management with a focus in Marketing with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience with Social Content with integrated marketing leading campaign ideation, brand strategy and working with various stakeholders to own end to end execution for key tentpole campaigns. Experience in e-commerce or beauty/fashion brands is a plus.
- Strong data analytics & insights to implement effective measurement for success for campaigns.
- Digital Content Marketer who has an ability to build content strategy, campaigns and have knowledge of marketing measurement on digital. This would comprise the following skillsets.
- Right mix of strategy and sharp creative: Staying at the frontlines of social trends.
- Audience evaluation and segmentation: identify key audiences, demographics and know their content preferences to tailor content strategies.
- Platform experience and channel ownership: Lead what the visual look and feel of each platform looks like, the tone of voice and daily editorial optimization. ( Social, PR, Onsite, Creators, events etc.
- Knowledge of current marketing trends and deep understanding of digital and content space. Experience or affinity with fashion brands is an added bonus.
- Ability to adapt, lead a team, be detail oriented, work in a high-pressure dynamic and fast paced environment, be resourceful, manage stakeholders, strong ownership of projects & have strong collaboration skills.
