Role & responsibilities:
- Drive up pricing / yield.
- Ownership of revenue strategy
- Ownership of sales planning and monitoring
- Providing strategic support with viewership/revenue analysis, opportunity mining, business intelligence and pricing (packaging)
- Reviewing Business Plans with CRO & CEO – Indian Languages Cluster and defining sales projections
- Driving Business Insights and develop tools for fastening MIS processed.
- Define critical reports with analytical insights for top management for decision making.
- Timely and correct report deliveries to management and circles for managing operations more efficiently.
- VMC (Volume Market Share), RMS (Revenue Market Share), Sales Performance/Incentives and other important Sales & Marketing Analysis for Top Management.
- Identification of Service differentiation areas, Business KPIs and Benchmarking with across service industry for all the KPIs.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Sales function.
- Presentation preparation & Analysis for Operational, Leadership & Annual Reviews
- Work closely with field Sales teams, segment / audience marketing and Sales excellence to build and evangelize targeting for all sales motions of the subsidiary.
- Revenue & Inventory maximization of National & Regional channels for Indian Languages Cluster.
Yrs. of experience and industry preference
- Minimum of 7 years of experience into sales strategy across any medium (TV, Radio, Print, Digital)
