Job Summary:
Marketing Excellence Manager will be responsible to develop International Business product marketing strategy with the Head / Director Marketing Excellence, facilitate launch and sales execution as well as follow-up on the marketing programs with internal stakeholders, working in order to achieve short- and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective Lifecycle/Portfolio Management of Existing Products
- Lead and contribute to affiliate brand planning process to ensure alignment of portfolio strategy and effective resource allocation.
- Lead brand plan review process and follow up execution.
- Support key marketing projects as part of brand plan execution.
Ensure Market Understanding and Insight Generation
- Benchmark performance internally & externally through effective collection and analysis of market data and insights, including effective market research & competitor intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for growth and points of threat through market understanding.
- Establish a market knowledge bridge between Head Office and assigned territory.
Digital Strategy Development & Deployment
- Initiate digital strategy deployment through ecommerce partnerships, guidelines/playbook for digital projects and social media engagement plan.
New Products Planning and Launch Excellence:
- Initiate new products ideation process.
- Lead the launch planning process with defined critical success factors.
- Ensure best in class launch event execution.
- Track new product performance on monthly basis for the first year of launch.
Global Campaigns Development & Rollout:
Based on the strategic insights developed through internal and external sources, lead the design and implementation of global projects for development of brand equity, in the following three major areas:
- Medico-marketing projects
- Global campaigns for strategic brands
- Corporate branding initiatives
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- Professional degree in Pharmacy is essential, with a preference for candidates who also hold an MBA in Marketing as well.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a minimum of 8 years in a product management role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, transferring insights and collaborative strategies effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating impactful presentations and detailed reports.
- Good understanding of marketing effectiveness strategy and frameworks, with the ability to implement and evaluate these strategies effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
