Job Overview
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and streamlining HR operations, including HRIS management, onboarding, and offboarding processes. This full-time position is based in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational capabilities, Excel skills, and analytical thinking.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS management for accuracy and data integrity
- Experience with onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new employees
- Expertise in managing offboarding processes while maintaining compliance standards
- Operational skills to handle day-to-day HR tasks effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Strong analytical thinking to interpret HR metrics and provide insights
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and training are completed
- Oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, documentation, and compliance
- Implement and improve operational HR processes to enhance efficiency
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR initiatives and programs
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and secure
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
