We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage the retail operations across Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. This role will focus on ensuring the seamless operation of multiple retail stores, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, customer experience, and achieving business objectives. Candidates with prior experience in the beauty or perfume industry are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage retail operations across Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain to ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s goals and standards.
- Monitor store performance, sales targets, and operational KPIs, ensuring that all locations achieve or exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with store managers to implement strategies for improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Manage supply chain and logistics to ensure timely stock delivery and optimal inventory levels at each location.
- Recruit, train, and develop store teams to foster a culture of excellence and customer-centric service.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Lead initiatives to enhance visual merchandising and maintain high-quality store aesthetics.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring all locations operate smoothly and effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and corporate teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and other strategic initiatives.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Drive business development opportunities and explore ways to expand the brand presence in the assigned regions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the beauty or perfume industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple stores across different locations or regions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams with organizational goals.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and retail systems.
