Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating proposals and bids for various projects, considering market trends, management directives, client requirements, and the financial and commercial aspects of each project or turnaround. The goal is to ensure the creation of technically sound and financially viable bids that align with ITB requirements for review and further action. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing, improving and implementing Proposal SOPs, while providing input to the development of proposal strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bacherlors in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years of relevant proposals experience in Refineries, Oil & Gas plant maintenance, EPC and Retrofits.
