Job Description:
Jeeny is seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our Tech Team in Pakistan. This strategic role is pivotal in aligning HR priorities with the unique demands of a high-performing technology division, enabling innovation, talent retention, and organizational scalability
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the tech leadership team, aligning HR solutions with business objectives to drive performance and growth in the technology division
- Understand the unique challenges of a technology workforce, crafting tailored strategies to support innovation, agility, and team success
- Collaborate with tech leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure long-term team scalability
- Talent Retention & Development
- Implement innovative country specific talent retention strategies to foster culture and continuous growth in a competitive tech landscape
- Partner with managers to identify and create career development plans, emphasizing skills enhancement and tech leadership readiness
- Leverage data to anticipate retention risks and proactively address team dynamics or cultural challenges
- Organizational Development
- Lead efforts to align organizational structure with business goals, optimizing team performance and fostering a culture of excellence
- Partner with Central People & Culture and leadership teams to introduce best practices that elevate the tech team's efficiency and satisfaction
- Employee Engagement
- Actively champion and monitor employee engagement within the tech team, developing targeted strategies to improve satisfaction and team cohesion
- Champion employee feedback loops, ensuring voices are heard and actionable insights inform leadership decisions
- Implement frameworks to enhance work-life balance, employee well-being and recognition
- HR Operations & Data-Driven Insights
- Partner with tech leaders to review and recommend policies enhancements and processes that align with the needs of a technology-driven workforce while ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Utilize HR analytics to provide actionable insights, measuring the impact of initiatives and adjusting strategies for optimal results
- Office & Facilities Management
- Oversee office operations and facilities management to create a productive, tech-focused working environment
- Drive enhancements to the physical workspace that support collaboration, innovation and productivity
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly preferred
- 7+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in HRBP roles supporting technology teams or organizations
- Proven track record of partnering strategically with tech leaders to drive workforce success and innovation
- Experience working with HR systems and tools like SuccessFactors, Oracle, HRIS, and HRMS
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical priorities into HR strategies
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience managing relationships at all levels
