Key Responsibilities:

Manage all HR functions across multiple locations.
Address staff requests, concerns, and grievances in a timely and fair manner.
Provide regular reports and updates on HR activities, employee engagement, and employer satisfaction.
Collaborate with department in-charges to determine and set KPIs for each role.
Evaluate staff performance and recommend salary adjustments based on performance and market trends.
Oversee and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
Develop and implement payroll systems and procedures, ensuring they are compliant with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Conduct employee training and development programs to improve job performance and morale.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including regulations for domestic staff and staffs at large, across all departments.
Develop and implement HR policies to improve compliance with labor laws and industry best practices, with special attention to domestic staff standards.
Advise management on legal requirements for labor laws, employment contracts, and benefits, ensuring the company meets all UAE labor law obligations.
Regularly audit HR processes and employee records to ensure full compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative requirements related to employees, such as work permits, residency visas, and labor contracts.
Handle disputes and disciplinary actions in alignment with UAE labor law, ensuring fairness and transparency in the process.
Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being, ensuring staff feel valued and fairly treated.
Ensure proper management of staff leave, health benefits, and compensation in compliance with UAE laws.
Monitor and report on the status of domestic staff employment, ensuring compliance with domestic staff laws.
Provide guidance to department heads and staff regarding any legal changes in UAE labor laws.
Manage and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring that they are fair and in line with industry standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably in a multi-department or luxury environment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, including domestic staff regulations.
In-depth understanding of payroll management and experience in overseeing payroll functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
