Role Overview:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Factory will oversee the factory's overall operations, ensuring efficient production, cost management, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and leadership skills to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with senior leadership to align factory operations with the company's long-term objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in production capabilities.

Production Management:

Ensure timely and quality production while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Optimize production schedules and workflow processes.

Financial Oversight:

Prepare and manage the factory’s budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze financial performance and operational data to make informed decisions.

Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Quality and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Implement and maintain quality control processes across production lines.

Supply Chain and Vendor Management:

Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing or factory operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving operational and financial performance improvements.

Core Competencies:

Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics.
Expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and quality control.
Knowledge of financial management principles and experience in budgeting.
