As an Relationship Officer at PakWheels.com, you’ll play a critical role in revolutionizing how Pakistanis buy and sell cars and bikes by ensuring comprehensive and accurate dealership listings. You will work closely with dealerships, providing hands-on training and strategic advice on utilizing PakWheels' platforms to maximize their reach and sales.This role demands a proactive, passionate approach to customer engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Regularly visit assigned markets to ensure the entire stock of cars and bikes from assigned dealers is accurately listed and updated on the PakWheels.com platform.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions to dealership owners and sales agents on effective usage of PakWheels' applications and tools.
- Offer ongoing strategic advice to dealerships to improve the quality and appeal of their listings, driving increased sales through the PakWheels platform.
- Collaborate closely with sales and key account teams to build and optimize revenue from the designated area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Persistent, hardworking, and passionate about achieving results.
- Knowledge of cars and bikes in the local market is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet usage, and email communication.
