About the role:
Customer Experience Associate
In this role you will be responsible for managing customer complaints, ensure timely resolutions, ensure accurate documentation and enhance service processes
Customer Experience
- Handling inquiries and requests related to orders, delivery and warehouse via chat ensuring promptness and accuracy
- Updating tickets in CRM system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Utilising the CRM system efficiently to track and manage customer interactions and resolutions
- Staying updated with product knowledge and customer service best practices
- Escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders ensuring timely resolution
- Identifying recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or systems to prevent future occurrences
Qualification: Bachelors preferably in a related field
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in CRM management
